Q. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

A. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your merchandise, please contact us for return authorization and we will gladly issue a full refund (less S&H) or exchange it. Videos and DVDs are NOT returnable. All returned products must be in resaleable condition. Please include your name, address, and phone number and return to:

Q. How do I place my order online?

A. Ordering from Special Needs online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week is easy and convenient. All of our products are separated by category so you can easily find what you're looking for. Once you find a product you want to buy, simply enter it into your shopping basket and indicate the quantity of the item(s) you'd like to order. You can continue shopping at this point or complete your order. When you're ready, just click on the Proceed to Checkout button and follow the instructions on the checkout page to complete your order. It's that simple.

Q. How does your Shopping Basket work?

A. To add a product to your shopping basket, simply click on the Purchase button that is located on each product page and enter the desired quantity in the quantity box on the Shopping Basket page. At any time, you can view the contents of your basket by clicking on the Shopping Basket button. You can change the quantity of items or remove an item from your basket on the Shopping Basket page. When you are ready to check out, click on the Proceed to Checkout button and complete the required information on the Checkout page.

A. You can place your order by calling toll free (800) 333-6867 or fax your order to (805)962-5087.

Q. Do you accept purchase orders?

A. Yes, we accept purchase orders from accredited institutions.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards, checks and money orders.

Q. Am I charged tax?

A. For all orders shipped outside California, no tax will be charged. If your order is shipped to a California address, you will be charged the appropriate California state tax.

Q. What are your shipping charges?

A. The charge for shipping is 12% of the total merchandise ordered with a minimum charge of $5.50 in the United States. International rates vary.
