Representation in special education matters. We have a flexible fee structure. For those who can afford it, we provide services on an hourly basis. For those who can not afford the full cost of legal services, we negotiate a reasonable retainer and cap the fees at an amount that is fair, reasonable, and affordable. We represent many parents who can not afford to pay at all. Please do not allow your financial circumstances to stop you from contacting us. If we can help your child, we will make every effort to do so. In many instances, fees are recoverable from the school district. This allows us to represent parents who would not otherwise be able to afford our services.
We have attorneys in New York City, Buffalo and Rochester. We provide services to families with special education issues all over New York State including Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, Albany, Binghamton, New York City, Long Island, Watertown and the North Country, Ithaca, the Southern Tier and elsewhere.
