Buonora Child Development Center

Buonora Child Development Center is an early childhood program in Reseda, CA serving children from infancy through preschool, including those with learning differences. The center recognizes that each child has unique abilities and learning styles, and provides individualized support to help all children thrive. With a focus on the whole child—social, emotional, physical, cognitive, and creative development—Buonora meets each child where they are and supports their individual growth trajectory.

The program uses a child-centered, play-based approach inspired by leading child development experts like Piaget, Gardner, and Reggio Emilia's Malaguzzi. Teachers create a rich, exploratory environment that encourages problem-solving, critical thinking, and confidence while maintaining clear, age-appropriate boundaries for positive group experiences. With 85% of faculty holding advanced degrees and small class ratios (69 students, 12 teachers), children receive attentive, developmentally informed care. The center is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).
