After 30 days, when you cancel or move to a lower plan, we will refund the unused portion of what you have paid, prorated by the time remaining in your current billing period. All refunds are issued to your original payment method; we do not issue account credit. If you switch from annual to monthly billing at the same tier, your annual access continues through the period you have already paid for and monthly billing begins when it ends; nothing is charged or refunded at the time of the switch. Refunds outside the stated policy are at our sole discretion.
