All refunds are issued to your original payment method; we do not issue account credit. If you switch from annual to monthly billing at the same tier, your annual access continues through the period you have already paid for and monthly billing begins when it ends; nothing is charged or refunded at the time of the switch. Refunds outside the stated policy are at our sole discretion.

The University of North Alabama offers a specialized respite program designed to provide much-needed support for families with children with special needs. This program provides a safe and structured environment for children, offering caregivers a scheduled break.
The UNA Respite Nights take place one night per month from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. This monthly service is an excellent resource for families looking for consistent, periodic relief and community connection within the Florence, AL area.
