Brandilyn Wilson

Brandilyn Wilson is an LGBTQIA+-affirming, trauma-informed therapist providing specialized support for children, teens, and adults in Southfield, MI. For younger children ages 5 and up, she utilizes child-centered Play Therapy, recognizing play as a child's natural language to help them process emotions and navigate developmental challenges.

Her practice specializes in supporting individuals and families navigating complex needs, including ADHD, anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), and Oppositional Defiance (ODD). She also provides targeted support for trauma and PTSD, learning disabilities, and school-related issues. Using evidence-based modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), she offers a person-centered approach that balances empathy with direct, supportive feedback.

Brandilyn offers both in-person and telehealth services, making care accessible for individuals, couples, and families.
