Caitlin Birch

Caitlin Birch, LMHCA, provides compassionate, evidence-based care at LifeStance Health for children, adolescents, teens, and adults across Rhode Island. She specializes in supporting neurodivergent individuals and those navigating complex mental health challenges, including ADHD, Autism, and anxiety. Her practice is designed to help clients build practical skills for managing focus, emotional regulation, and interpersonal relationships.

Utilizing clinical approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and family therapy, Caitlin addresses a wide range of needs including depression, trauma, PTSD, and grief. She has a particular interest in helping families navigate childhood behavior issues, school avoidance, and the significant life transitions that can impact a child's or teen's emotional well-being and academic success.

Caitlin offers both in-person and telehealth sessions, providing flexible options for families. She is currently accepting new clients and accepts a wide variety of insurance plans, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, and Medicare.
