Hope Litecky

Hope Litecky is a compassionate counselor providing specialized support for teens, young adults, and women. She offers a warm, nonjudgmental environment tailored to those navigating neurodivergent-related challenges such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, and emotional disturbances. Her approach is deeply individualized, recognizing that therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and she focuses on helping clients build coping skills, improve self-esteem, and manage life transitions and school-related issues.

Utilizing a trauma-informed and neuro-affirming lens, Hope integrates DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) and ITR (Instinctual Trauma Response) with CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy). She also incorporates Polyvagal Theory to help clients understand the science of safety and autonomic functioning, which is particularly helpful for those managing sensory or emotional regulation needs. Her practice is grounded in a supportive, educational, and genuine approach that honors each client's unique journey.
