Kendra Bowman, LMHC, provides a supportive and collaborative therapeutic environment for teens and adults seeking clarity and direction. Specializing in trauma-informed care, she utilizes advanced modalities such as Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Mindfulness to help clients navigate complex emotional landscapes. Her approach is deeply relational, focusing on being an attuned and present support person for those managing ADHD, anxiety, depression, and traumatic brain injury (TBI).
