Pamela Mash

Pamela Mash, LMHC, is the founder of Worthy to Be Well, a mental health counseling practice in North Florida dedicated to supporting individuals and families through life's complexities. Using a client-centered, evidence-based approach, she provides a safe and confidential space for children, teens, and adults to develop resilience and lasting positive change. Her practice is specifically designed to acknowledge the unique strengths and challenges each family member brings to the therapeutic process.

Specializing in individual and family therapy, Pamela Mash offers targeted support for neurodiverse and special-needs-related challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, behavioral issues, and emotional disturbances.
