Sydney Dranow

Sydney Dranow, LCPC-C, provides specialized counseling for teens, adolescents, and adults navigating complex neurodivergent and mental health challenges. She offers targeted support for individuals managing ADHD, neurodivergence, learning disabilities, and emotional regulation. Her practice is a dedicated space for those processing trauma, PTSD, and the impact of domestic abuse or toxic relationship patterns.

Using evidence-based modalities including CBT, mindfulness, parts work, and self-compassion, Sydney helps clients develop practical coping skills and emotional resilience. Her approach focuses on shifting unhelpful thought patterns and building self-trust, making her an excellent resource for families and individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, and life transitions. She is also highly experienced in supporting caregivers and navigating family conflict.

Sydney offers both in-person and telehealth sessions, providing flexible access to care. She is an inclusive, all-ally provider, supporting LGBTQ+ individuals, racial justice allies, and diverse populations. Currently accepting new clients, she accepts several insurance plans including Aetna, Anthem, BlueCross and BlueShield, Cigna, Harvard Pilgrim, and Martin's Point.
