Andrew Nail, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Autism Specialist (ASDCS) based in Orland Park, IL, providing neurodiversity-affirming care. He specializes in supporting children, teens, and adults navigating autism, ADHD, anxiety, and complex medical needs. His practice is dedicated to creating a safe, judgment-free environment where individuals and families can build self-trust and develop sustainable coping strategies.

As a certified Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP) provider, Andrew utilizes evidence-based listening therapy to assist with nervous system regulation, which is essential for managing sensory processing challenges and emotional regulation. His trauma-informed approach is specifically tailored to help families address neurodivergent-specific stressors, including ODD, peer relationships, school-related issues, and social transitions, as well as managing chronic illness and behavioral challenges.

Andrew offers both in-person and telehealth services to clients of all ages, from children to elders, and is committed to providing identity-affirming care for the LGBTQ+ and racial justice-allied communities. While he is currently accepting new clients on a waitlist, individual sessions are $200 and are covered by major insurance plans, including Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Various payment methods, including HSA, are accepted.
