BlueSky Telepsych provides specialized telehealth mental health services for individuals across the lifespan, including teens, adults, and seniors. Our multidisciplinary team-comprising Psychiatrists (MDs), Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs), LCSWs, LPCs, and LCPCs-is experienced in addressing complex neurodevelopmental and behavioral challenges such as ADHD, Autism-related anxiety, ODD, and trauma/PTSD.
We offer a comprehensive range of supports, including medication management and evidence-based therapy to address issues like emotional disturbance, sensory-related stress, and social/peer relationship difficulties. Our clinicians are trained to support diverse identities, including LGBTQ+ individuals, and are skilled in helping clients navigate transitions, self-harm prevention, and coping skill development in a compassionate, virtual environment.
BlueSky is currently accepting new clients and offers convenient online sessions via telehealth. We accept a wide variety of insurance plans, including many Blue Cross Blue Shield affiliates, Aetna, Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare. Our team is dedicated to helping individuals find stability and growth through personalized, professional care.
