Brittney Wacek

Brittney Wacek, LICSW, provides specialized counseling for adults, with a particular focus on the unique needs of neurodivergent individuals and caregivers. She offers support for those navigating ADHD, Autism, developmental disorders, and intellectual disabilities, as well as the complex challenges of managing chronic illness, chronic pain, and traumatic brain injury (TBI). Her practice is a dedicated space for those managing the intersection of disability and mental health.

Recognizing that many of her clients are "helpers" or caregivers who often prioritize others over themselves, Brittney specializes in addressing burnout, compassion fatigue, and the stress of life transitions. She utilizes evidence-based modalities including EMDR, CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to help clients process trauma, PTSD, and grief while building sustainable coping skills and self-awareness.

Brittney offers both in-person and telehealth services, providing flexible access to care for individuals in the Andover, MN area and beyond. She is currently accepting new clients and strives to create a nonjudgmental, empowering environment where clients can work toward healing, balance, and meaningful change.
