Cassidy Ratti

Cassidy Ratti, LSW, provides specialized therapeutic support for teens, adults, and couples, focusing on the social and emotional challenges often faced by neurodivergent individuals and those navigating developmental differences. Her practice emphasizes building essential emotional regulation skills, implementing CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) techniques, and working toward specific behavior modification goals. She is highly experienced in addressing ADHD, attachment issues, trauma, and school-related challenges.

For adults and seniors, Cassidy utilizes a mindfulness-based approach, incorporating motivational interviewing and assertiveness training to help clients manage anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Her work also extends to strengthening family relationships and addressing complex dynamics such as codependency, family conflict, and peer relationship difficulties.

Services are available through in-person sessions at the Millburn office or via telehealth for clients across NJ and NY. Cassidy is part of the Resolution Counseling team, which offers a wide range of specialists to ensure a proper clinical fit.
