Christina Cano-Young, LCSW, provides specialized therapeutic support for children, adolescents, and families in Koloa, HI, navigating complex neurodevelopmental and emotional challenges. Her practice is specifically tailored to support students and young people with ADHD, autism, anxiety, and trauma-related issues. Using a trauma-informed lens, she helps clients process difficult emotions, manage self-harm, and build essential resilience.

Her therapeutic approach utilizes evidence-based modalities including Play Therapy, which is vital for younger children, as well as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic and Polyvagal Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). These methods are integrated to help clients develop healthy emotional regulation strategies and understand how past experiences impact their present interactions.
