Christy Hudak, LCSW, provides a compassionate and non-judgmental therapeutic space for individuals, couples, and families navigating complex life challenges. She specializes in supporting clients through neurodivergent-related stressors, including ADHD, behavioral issues, and emotional disturbances. Her client-centered approach focuses on helping clients feel seen and heard while building practical coping skills to manage anxiety, depression, and life transitions.

With extensive experience addressing a wide range of needs-from school issues and peer relationships to managing addiction and personality disorders-Christy offers tailored support for children (ages 6-10), preteens, teens, adults, and elders. She utilizes a collaborative method to identify unhelpful thought patterns and strengthen resilience, making her an ideal resource for families seeking stability during periods of significant change or crisis.

Services are available through both in-person visits in Bethlehem, PA, and via telehealth/online therapy sessions. Christy is currently accepting new clients and accepts a variety of insurance plans, including Medicaid, Medicare, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and many others. Individual sessions are priced at $125, with multiple flexible payment options available such as HSA, Zelle, and major credit cards.
