Demetria McGrone

Demetria McGrone, LGSW, provides a warm and supportive therapeutic space for children, teens, and adults navigating neurodivergent and mental health challenges. She specializes in supporting individuals dealing with ADHD, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, and emotional regulation. Her practice is deeply committed to inclusivity, serving as an ally to the LGBTQ+ community and those navigating racial identity and racial justice issues.

Using evidence-based modalities, Demetria integrates CBT, DBT, attachment-based interventions, and mindfulness-informed techniques to help clients develop practical coping skills. Her approach is tailored to address specific needs such as behavioral issues, school-related challenges, parenting support, and managing life transitions or burnout. She works with individuals, couples, and families to identify patterns and build on existing strengths.

Services are available through both in-person sessions in Saint Paul and via telehealth.
