Diane Aguilar, LCSW, provides specialized therapeutic support for children, adolescents, and families navigating neurodevelopmental challenges, including Autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities. With over 10 years of experience, she focuses on helping youth manage anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues within a safe, creative, and supportive environment. Her approach is designed to ensure children feel heard and understood, building a foundation of trust necessary for progress.

Utilizing a trauma-informed framework, Diane integrates evidence-based modalities tailored to each child's unique needs. Her expertise includes the Neuro-Sequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT), Play Therapy, CBT, and TF-CBT, as well as specialized programs like SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions) and Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS). She also offers support for broader family dynamics, including adoption, school issues, and parenting challenges.

Diane takes a whole-family perspective, partnering with caregivers to highlight family strengths while developing healthy coping skills to manage life stressors.
