Erika Williams

Erika Williams, MSW, LSW, provides highly individualized therapeutic support for children, adolescents, and adults. She specializes in working with neurodivergent populations, including individuals on the autism spectrum and those with developmental disabilities. Her practice is deeply committed to providing affirming and inclusive care for the LGBTQ+ community and families navigating complex mental health challenges.

For younger clients, Erika utilizes specialized modalities such as sandtray and play therapy to create a natural, non-threatening environment where children can express themselves. She is particularly skilled in supporting children and teens managing ADHD, childhood behavioral issues, and school avoidance. Her clinical approach integrates evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to equip clients with practical tools for managing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and family conflict.

Erika offers both in-person and telehealth services, making it easier for families to access consistent care. She is currently accepting new clients and is available to help individuals and families develop effective coping strategies in a supportive, professional setting.
