Franchesca Burgos

Franchesca Burgos is a bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Associate Clinical Social Worker providing compassionate therapy for children, teens, and adults. She specializes in supporting neurodivergent individuals and those navigating complex challenges such as ADHD, Autism, anxiety, and trauma. Her practice is centered on helping clients build mental flexibility, healthy boundaries, and emotional resilience through a supportive and authentic connection.

Her holistic therapeutic approach is specifically designed to aid in nervous system regulation and trauma processing. She utilizes evidence-based modalities including DBT for resilience, CBT for practical cognitive strategies, and Mindfulness for grounding. Additionally, she incorporates Energy Psychology techniques, such as Tapping and Bi-lateral Stimulation, to help clients manage stress and process traumatic or generational experiences in a safe environment.

Franchesca offers both in-person and telehealth sessions, making her accessible to families in the Stockton area and beyond. She is currently accepting new clients for individuals, couples, and families. She accepts various payment methods including HSA and major credit cards, and works with several insurance plans such as Medi-Cal, Medicaid, and Health Plan of San Joaquin.
