Hayley Budnick

Hayley Budnick, LSW, MEd, provides specialized mental health support to teens, adults, and seniors across Pennsylvania. She offers a compassionate approach to navigating complex challenges, specifically focusing on individuals on the autism spectrum, those with developmental disabilities, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. Her practice is designed to help clients manage neurodivergent needs alongside broader mental health concerns.

Specializing in evidence-based care, Hayley works with clients managing anxiety, OCD, PTSD, trauma, and ADHD. She also provides support for depression, grief, chronic pain, and school-related issues. Whether through individual or couples therapy, her goal is to help clients build practical coping skills, manage intrusive thoughts, and navigate significant life transitions and identity exploration.

Services are available through both in-person visits in Media, PA, and via telehealth/online therapy for greater accessibility. Hayley is currently accepting new clients and accepts a wide range of insurance plans, including Aetna, Independence Blue Cross, Medicare, and UnitedHealthcare. Her practice focuses on providing accessible, thoughtful care to help improve emotional well-being and strengthen relationships.
