Heather Agid

Heather Agid, LCSW, provides specialized therapeutic support for children, teens, and adults navigating complex neurodevelopmental and emotional challenges. She offers targeted interventions for ADHD, OCD, and anxiety management, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and EMDR for intensive trauma treatment. Her practice is designed to be a nonjudgmental, supportive space where individual needs and specific therapeutic intentions are prioritized.

In addition to individual therapy, Heather provides counseling for couples and families, focusing on areas such as parenting support, school issues, and managing life transitions.
