Heather Dick

Heather Dick, an LCSW and CAADC at Mana Life Counseling, provides compassionate, specialized support for individuals, couples, and families navigating complex neurodivergent and mental health challenges. Her practice focuses on helping clients manage ADHD, OCD, trauma, PTSD, and anxiety through a personalized approach. By tailoring sessions to each person's unique goals, she helps build a practical toolbox of coping strategies to manage life transitions and emotional regulation.

The practice offers a highly inclusive environment, serving as an ally to the LGBTQ+ community, including bisexual, gay, lesbian, transgender, and non-binary individuals, as well as blind and visually impaired clients. Services are available through both in-person office visits in State College, PA, and convenient video telehealth sessions. Heather Dick is currently accepting new clients and accepts a wide range of insurance plans, including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Geisinger, and UPMC. For those requiring specialized assessments, she is also certified to provide PA Department of Transportation Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) evaluations.
