Heather Kane, LCSW, SSWC, specializes in supporting children, preteens, and teens navigating neurodivergence, ADHD, autism, and developmental disorders. Her practice focuses on helping young clients manage anxiety, self-doubt, and emotional disturbances by transforming self-criticism into confidence and resilience through evidence-based and creative therapeutic techniques.

With over ten years of experience across school, home, and community settings, Heather provides vital advocacy for children within the educational and behavioral health systems. She is skilled in helping families navigate school issues, peer relationships, and life transitions, often connecting families to essential community resources and additional supports.

Therapy sessions are conducted through various modalities, including in-person, telehealth, and nature-based "walk and talk" sessions, which can offer a more comfortable environment for children. Heather utilizes play, art, and storytelling to create a non-judgmental space for self-expression.
