Janet Polanco

Janet Polanco is a bilingual (Spanish and English) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) specializing in support for neurodivergent individuals, children, and families. She provides a safe, non-judgmental environment to help clients navigate complex challenges, including Autism, ADHD, developmental disorders, and intellectual disabilities. Her practice focuses on improving emotional regulation, behavior, and school functioning for children and adolescents.

With extensive experience in crisis intervention, Janet supports families facing trauma, PTSD, and domestic violence, as well as individuals managing anxiety, depression, and grief. She works with both individuals and families to improve communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills. Her therapeutic approach is tailored to meet the specific needs of each client, whether addressing neurodivergence, learning disabilities, or emotional disturbances.

Janet offers both in-person and telehealth services, making support accessible from any location. She is currently accepting new clients and provides individual sessions at a rate of $150. For your convenience, she accepts various payment methods, including major credit cards and Health Savings Accounts (HSA).
