Jesenia Minniefield

Jesenia Minniefield, LCSW, is a person-centered clinician and founder of Evolve Counseling & Consulting, specializing in supporting children, adolescents, and adults through significant life transitions. With fifteen years of experience in North Florida, she provides a gentle, non-judgmental environment designed to help clients navigate complex challenges such as anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Her practice is deeply committed to inclusivity, serving as an ally to the LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and neurodivergent communities.

Her therapeutic approach is highly individualized, utilizing evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing. Jesenia focuses on helping clients develop practical coping skills for a wide range of needs, including parenting support, school issues, chronic illness, and managing stress.
