Jess Mack, LGSW, is a licensed social worker dedicated to supporting neurodiverse individuals, LGBTQIA2S+ communities, and families navigating complex life transitions. She specializes in working with neurodivergent clients, addressing specific needs such as ADHD, Autism, and emotional regulation. Her practice is deeply rooted in creating a safe, inclusive, and affirming space for those exploring identity, managing trauma, or dealing with the unique pressures of neurodivergent life.

Using an eclectic and relational approach, Jess works collaboratively with preteens, teens, adults, and elders to achieve personalized mental health goals. Her expertise extends to supporting caregivers, parents, and families facing challenges like adoption, foster care, and family conflict. Jess offers both in-person appointments in Coon Rapids, MN, and virtual telehealth sessions for added flexibility. She is currently accepting new clients and accepts a wide range of insurance plans, including Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and UnitedHealthcare. Individual sessions are available at a rate of $175, and various payment methods such as HSA, Visa, and Mastercard are accepted.
