Jessica Goff, LCSW, LADC, CCS, is a licensed social worker specializing in support for individuals navigating complex neurodevelopmental and mental health challenges. She provides compassionate, person-centered care for teens and adults, with specific expertise in supporting individuals with autism, developmental disorders, and those navigating the foster care or adoption systems. Her practice is dedicated to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space for healing and emotional regulation.

Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, Jessica incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and EMDR to help clients process trauma, manage anxiety, and address depression.
