Jillian Powell, LCSW, is a highly experienced licensed clinical social worker specializing in neurodivergent-affirming care. With over 20 years of experience, she provides compassionate support for children (ages 3+), adolescents, adults, and families. Her practice focuses on addressing the unique needs of individuals with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, developmental disabilities, and learning disabilities, as well as managing trauma, anxiety, and behavioral concerns.

Using a strength-based and trauma-informed approach, Jillian utilizes evidence-based modalities including CBT, TF-CBT, EMDR, and autism-informed care. To engage younger clients, she incorporates play therapy techniques, social stories, and interactive methods like games and recreational interventions.
