Kaidian Boubacar

Kaidian Boubacar, LCSW, provides specialized therapeutic support for women, parents, caregivers, children, and families navigating complex life transitions. As a neurodivergent parent herself, she offers a unique, lived-experience perspective for families managing the challenges and strengths of raising neurodivergent children. Her practice is deeply rooted in supporting those facing anxiety, parenting stress, burnout, and the specific needs related to ADHD, learning disabilities, and emotional regulation.

With an extensive background in child welfare, preschool mental health, and NICU social work, Kaidian is highly experienced in supporting families through crisis, trauma, and developmental shifts. She utilizes trauma-informed, person-centered, and strengths-based approaches, including CBT, to help clients build practical tools and resilience. Her expertise extends to a wide range of needs, including postpartum concerns, grief, and navigating school-related issues.

Kaidian offers telehealth services to clients ranging from toddlers to adults, providing an accessible way to connect with a therapist who embraces authenticity and individuality. She is an ally to the LGBTQ+, racial justice, and single-parent communities. Currently accepting new clients, she accepts various payment methods including Zelle and PayPal, and works with several insurance plans such as Aetna, Cigna, and Medicare.
