Kathleen McGrath, LSCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate complex neurodevelopmental and mental health challenges. She specializes in supporting clients dealing with Autism, developmental disorders, and school-related issues, including school avoidance. Her practice is particularly focused on helping patients rebuild emotional resilience during difficult transitions, such as returning home after inpatient psychiatric care.

Utilizing evidence-based interventions, Kathleen incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and EMDR to provide tailored support.
