Kelly Baker

Kelly Baker, MSW, is a licensed social worker specializing in supporting children, teens, and young adults navigating neurodivergence and mental health challenges. Drawing on over five years of experience as a school social worker, she brings a deep understanding of the academic and social pressures faced by students, particularly during difficult transitions like the middle school years. Her practice focuses on helping clients manage ADHD, Autism, anxiety, depression, and emotional regulation.

Her therapeutic approach is person-centered, strengths-based, and highly adaptable to the needs of neurodivergent clients. Kelly incorporates creative modalities such as art, movement, and play to help children and teens express themselves comfortably. She specializes in addressing complex issues including behavioral challenges, learning disabilities, peer relationships, and self-esteem, all while building a foundation of trust and authenticity.

Kelly offers both in-person and telehealth sessions from her Bedford, NH office, making support accessible for families regardless of location. She is currently accepting new clients and accepts a wide range of insurance plans, including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare. Individual sessions are available at a rate of $150, with various payment options including HSA and major credit cards.
