Kelly Kowalewski

Kelly Kowalewski, LCSW, is a master's level licensed clinician with over 15 years of experience dedicated to helping individuals navigate complex personal challenges. She specializes in supporting neurodivergent populations, providing evidence-based care for children, preteens, teens, and adults. Her expertise includes working with ADHD, Autism, Intellectual Disabilities, and Oppositional Defiance (ODD), as well as managing related concerns like anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues.

Her therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to the unique needs of each individual or family. Kelly focuses on building a safe, trusting relationship to help clients develop new skills for lasting growth. She provides support for a wide range of specialized needs, including trauma/PTSD, eating disorders, self-harming behaviors, and navigating life transitions, while also offering guidance for parenting and peer relationships.

Kelly offers both in-person and telehealth sessions to provide flexibility for busy families. She is currently accepting new clients and accepts a variety of insurance plans, including Medicaid, CHIP, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, and UPMC. Her practice is also a dedicated ally to the LGBTQ+ community, providing inclusive care for bisexual, gay, lesbian, non-binary, and transgender individuals.
