Kira Milano

Kira Milano, LCSW, provides specialized therapeutic support for children, preteens, teens, and adults navigating neurodevelopmental and emotional challenges. She specializes in working with individuals managing ADHD, Autism, and learning disabilities, as well as those facing anxiety, depression, and trauma. Her practice is designed to help clients develop essential coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and manage behavioral concerns in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment.

Utilizing evidence-based, trauma-informed care, Kira integrates CBT-informed strategies and mindfulness to help clients build resilience and insight. Her approach is highly collaborative, tailoring treatment to meet the unique needs of each individual or family. Whether addressing school issues, peer relationships, or complex life transitions, she focuses on identifying strengths and creating practical tools for meaningful change.

Services are available through both in-person sessions in Ridgefield, CT, and via telehealth for added convenience. Kira is currently accepting new clients and accepts a wide range of insurance plans, including Medicaid, Medicare, and various Blue Cross Blue Shield options. Individual sessions are available for $150, and she accepts various payment methods including HSA and major credit cards.
