Kristen Dewey, LCSW, provides compassionate, trauma-informed therapy specifically tailored to support late teens, young adults, and their families. She specializes in addressing neurodivergent-related challenges, including ADHD and Autism, as well as managing anxiety, OCD, and social/peer relationship issues. Her practice is deeply rooted in an affirming approach, offering a safe space for individuals navigating life transitions, school issues, and identity development.

Utilizing evidence-based modalities such as ACT, ERP, I-CBT, AEDP, and IFS, Kristen offers specialized support for complex needs like PTSD, grief, and coping skill development. Her therapeutic environment is inclusive and identity-affirming, specifically serving LGBTQ+ individuals (including Transgender, Non-Binary, and Queer populations) and promoting racial justice. She also provides essential support for caregivers and parents navigating the complexities of raising children with unique needs.

Kristen offers both in-person and telehealth sessions to ensure accessibility for families. She is currently accepting new clients and accepts a wide range of insurance plans, including BlueCross BlueShield, Aetna, Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare. For those utilizing HSA or other payment methods like Visa and Venmo, individual sessions are available at a rate of $140.
