Margaret Caesar is a highly qualified Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) at Glade Run, providing specialized therapeutic support for neurodivergent individuals and families. With expertise spanning from toddlers through seniors, she focuses on addressing complex needs including Autism, ADHD, developmental disorders, and learning disabilities. Her practice is deeply rooted in trauma-focused care, utilizing Sanctuary-certified methods to help clients navigate emotional disturbances and behavioral challenges.

The services offered are comprehensive and adaptable to the unique needs of each family, including outpatient, in-home, and school-based therapy. Specialized supports include intensive behavioral rehabilitative services (BHRS), blended case management, and psychiatric medication management.
