Meagan Fergen, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker and owner of Bay Haven Counseling, specializing in support for neurodivergent individuals and families. With over 7 years of experience, she provides targeted therapy for ADHD, Autism, and behavioral issues, as well as managing complex challenges like OCD, ODD, and emotional regulation. Her clinical background includes work in intensive outpatient programs and child welfare, offering a deep understanding of the multifaceted needs of children and adolescents.

Using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and Exposure/Response Prevention (ERP), Meagan offers individualized treatment for adolescents (age 11+) and adults. Her approach focuses on helping clients navigate school issues, peer relationships, and trauma/PTSD through a personalized lens that avoids a "one-size-fits-all" method. She provides a safe, validating environment to help clients develop essential coping skills and manage life transitions.

Meagan offers virtual telehealth services to clients residing in Florida, Vermont, and Connecticut. She is currently accepting new clients for both individual and family therapy sessions. Many insurance plans are accepted, including Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, and Medicare, and she also accepts HSA payments.
