Meghan Dearnley

Meghan Dearnley is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 15 years of experience specializing in support for neurodivergent individuals and families. She provides expert care for children, teens, adults, and elders navigating autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, developmental disorders, intellectual disabilities, and learning disabilities. Her practice is also highly specialized for the d/Deaf and hard-of-hearing community, as she is bilingual in English and American Sign Language (ASL).

Her therapeutic approach addresses a wide range of emotional and behavioral needs, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and trauma. She works with clients on managing transitions, developing coping skills, establishing healthy interpersonal boundaries, and navigating complex life changes such as grief or parenting challenges. Services are available via online telehealth, making specialized support accessible from anywhere. Meghan is currently accepting new clients for individuals and families. While she accepts various insurance plans including Aetna, Medicaid, Medicare, and UPMC, she also provides receipts for out-of-network reimbursement. Individual sessions are $150.
