Nicole Darosh

Nicole Darosh, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker specializing in supporting children, adolescents, and families. She utilizes play therapy techniques to help younger clients process emotions and uses a client-centered approach to help individuals and families navigate complex behavioral and emotional challenges. Her practice focuses on changing thought processes to help clients better manage stressors and improve emotional regulation.

With extensive experience since 2013, Nicole provides specialized support for neurodivergent and high-needs populations, including those managing ADHD, anxiety, depression, and behavioral disorders. She is experienced in addressing critical concerns such as self-injurious behaviors, suicidal ideation, anger management, and school-related issues. Her background includes various levels of care, such as wraparound/IBHS services, mentoring, and community school-based behavioral health services.

Nicole offers both in-person and telehealth services, providing an empathic and nonjudgmental environment for growth. She is currently accepting new clients and accepts various insurance plans, including Aetna, Cigna, Geisinger, Highmark, and Medicare. Individual sessions are $175, and she accepts a wide range of payment methods including HSA, Visa, and Mastercard.
