Nicole Griffin is a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSWC) providing compassionate therapy to adults and elders in Maryland and West Virginia. She specializes in supporting individuals navigating neurodevelopmental and mental health challenges, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and complex trauma. Her practice is particularly helpful for those managing dual diagnoses, learning disabilities, and the unique stressors associated with chronic illness or caregiving.

Using a strengths-based, client-centered approach, Nicole creates a warm and empathetic space tailored to each person's unique needs. Her therapeutic work focuses on helping clients develop essential coping skills and navigate life transitions, school issues, and family conflict. Nicole offers both in-person and telehealth sessions, providing flexible access to care. She is currently accepting new clients and accepts various insurance plans, including Aetna, Anthem EAP, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and Kaiser (out-of-network). For individual sessions, her fee is $100, and she accepts multiple payment methods including HSA, Visa, and Mastercard.
