Paula Mainard

Paula Mainard is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with over 20 years of experience working with adoptive families, teens, and individuals facing attachment issues. As a mother of seven adopted children, she brings firsthand insight into the emotions and challenges of adoption, focusing on helping families navigate major transitions in healthy, connected ways. Her practice emphasizes secure attachment as a foundation for growth and meaningful relationships.

Paula specializes in Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) and trauma-informed care, utilizing modalities such as EMDR, parts work, somatic experiencing, TF-CBT, and EFT to address PTSD and developmental disorders.
