Romana Manuel

Romana Manuel is a licensed social worker providing compassionate, trauma-informed therapy to individuals, couples, and families. She specializes in supporting neurodiverse populations and those navigating developmental disorders, ADHD, and behavioral issues. Her practice is built on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can process complex experiences and build practical coping skills at a pace that feels right for them.

Utilizing evidence-based modalities such as CBT, TF-CBT, and solution-focused therapy, Romana helps clients manage a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and chronic impulsivity. Her strengths-based approach is particularly effective for children, teens, and adults working through trauma, family conflict, or life transitions. She also offers support for managing chronic illness, chronic pain, and the complexities of neurodivergent life.

Romana offers both in-person and telehealth services, making therapy accessible for families across various age groups, from toddlers to elders. She is currently accepting new clients and accepts several insurance plans, including Medi-Cal, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Humana (out-of-network for Kaiser). Spanish-speaking services are also available.
