Sonja Harrison, LCSW, provides empathetic and authentic therapeutic support for adults navigating complex emotional landscapes. She specializes in working with the unique experiences of Black women, offering a safe space to address issues such as racial identity, self-esteem, and life transitions.

Her therapeutic approach integrates traditional talk therapy with specialized modalities including mind-body awareness and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
