Yiska Hugo

Yiska Hugo, a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), provides a supportive and affirming therapeutic space for individuals, couples, and families. He specializes in helping clients navigate complex neurodivergent and mental health challenges, including ADHD, OCD, anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues such as ODD. His practice is deeply rooted in creating emotional safety, making it a reliable resource for those managing emotional disturbances, self-harming behaviors, or trauma.

With a strong commitment to inclusivity, Yiska offers an identity-affirming environment for the LGBTQ+ community, including non-binary, transgender, and queer individuals, as well as allies of the blind, intersex, and racial justice communities. His client-centered approach focuses on developing practical coping skills, improving peer relationships, and building self-esteem through a collaborative process that respects each person's unique pace and lived experience.

Services are available through both in-person visits in Boise, ID, and via telehealth for added convenience. Yiska is currently accepting new clients and accepts a wide range of insurance plans, including Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, and TRICARE. Individual sessions are priced at $190, and various payment methods such as ACH, major credit cards, and checks are accepted.
