Belinda Stroud

Dr. Belinda Stroud, PsyD, provides specialized psychological support for children, adolescents, and families navigating complex challenges. She specializes in addressing neurodevelopmental and learning differences, including Autism, ADHD, and developmental disorders, as well as managing trauma, PTSD, and behavioral issues. Her practice is designed to help children and teens process school-related stressors, peer relationships, and life transitions through a compassionate, non-judgmental lens.

Recognizing that children often express distress through physical or emotional symptoms when they cannot verbalize their struggles, Dr. Stroud utilizes creative and somatic modalities. Her therapeutic approach incorporates play, art, movement, mindfulness, and somatic therapies to uncover underlying issues and develop effective interventions. She works collaboratively with parents, caregivers, schools, and medical providers to ensure a consistent and integrated support system for the child.

With over 17 years of experience across diverse clinical settings-including hospitals and family agencies-Dr. Stroud offers both in-person and telehealth services. She is currently accepting new clients and offers a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation to determine if her approach is the right fit for your family. Individual sessions are $250, and various payment options including HSA are available.
