Leore Faber

Leore Faber, PsyD, is a licensed clinical psychologist providing specialized psychological services to children, adolescents, college students, and adults. With extensive experience working in specialized educational settings, including the Stephen Gaynor School—a dedicated special education independent school—she brings a deep understanding of the intersection between mental health and learning differences.

Dr. Faber utilizes an integrative therapeutic approach to address a wide range of needs relevant to special-needs families, including anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, mood dysregulation, and OCD. Her expertise extends to managing behavioral issues, emotional disturbances, and challenges related to education, learning disabilities, and school-based stressors. She also provides support for family conflict, parenting struggles, and peer relationship difficulties.

Dr. Faber completed her clinical training at the New York Center for Children, Columbia University Medical Center, and the Jewish Child Care Center. She offers both in-person and telehealth sessions, making her accessible for families needing flexible care. She is currently accepting new clients and is available to work with individuals and families.
