Luis Aguilar

Dr. Luis Aguilar is a bilingual and bicultural psychologist providing compassionate, evidence-based care to children, teens, and adults. He specializes in supporting neurodivergent individuals and those navigating complex challenges, including ADHD, developmental disorders, learning disabilities, and traumatic brain injury (TBI). His practice is rooted in cultural humility, offering a safe, non-pathologizing space for those who may have felt unheard or underserved in traditional clinical settings.

With advanced credentials including PsyD, CBIS, and CCTP, Dr. Aguilar offers specialized expertise in psychological testing and evaluations, trauma-informed care (PTSD), and managing emotional disturbances. His therapeutic approach is collaborative, focusing on helping clients—including single parents, veterans, and first responders—strengthen their agency and develop effective coping skills for life transitions, grief, and family conflict.

Dr. Aguilar offers both in-person and telehealth services, making specialized care accessible to families across various age groups, from children (ages 6+) to seniors. He is currently accepting new clients and accepts several payment methods, including HSA, and provides services in both English and Spanish. Insurance plans such as Aetna and Optum are accepted.
