Michael Nackashi

Dr. Michael Nackashi is a clinical psychologist specializing in supporting adolescents, young adults, and students navigating complex neurodevelopmental and emotional challenges. He brings extensive experience in treating ADHD, anxiety, depression, and trauma, as well as managing issues related to identity, school difficulties, and social adjustment. His practice is particularly focused on helping high school and college students manage the transitions and pressures of academic and personal growth.

Utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Relational Cultural Therapy, Dr. Nackashi works to develop adaptive coping skills and foster meaningful lifestyle changes.
