Nate Balfanz

Dr. Nate Balfanz, PsyD, is a highly experienced psychologist with nearly 20 years of practice specializing in the mental health of children, adolescents, and their families. He provides comprehensive therapeutic services for toddlers, children, preteens, and teens, with a specific focus on neurodevelopmental and behavioral needs. His expertise includes supporting families navigating Autism, ADHD, developmental disorders, and learning disabilities, as well as managing issues like ODD, anxiety, and trauma.

Recognizing that a child's success depends on their support system, Dr. Balfanz utilizes a family-centered approach. He works to treat both the individual child and the entire family system to address challenges such as parenting support, school issues, peer relationships, and family conflict. His practice is deeply inclusive, drawing on years of international experience to provide culturally sensitive care to families from diverse backgrounds.

Dr. Balfanz offers both in-person sessions in San Clemente and telehealth options for added flexibility. He is currently accepting new clients and accepts various payment methods, including major credit cards and cash. Individual sessions are priced at $250.
